We recently stayed at a hotel in the Basque Country and it was absolutely fantastic! the staff at this hotel, which we'll call Flysch, were friendly and accommodating. They even helped us secure a last-minute parking spot. the room exceeded our expectations, with its spaciousness and cleanliness. the view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking a major beach and nearby hiking trails. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.

As a satisfied guest, I recently stayed at this nice hotel in an amazing town. My purpose was to explore the breathtaking beauty of the region, and my stay was truly delightful. The hotel owners, Lucia and Aitor, are fantastic people who make you feel immediately at home. The comfort and elegance of the hotel, along with the artistic decorations made by a local artist, create a unique atmosphere. The breakfast is very satisfactory, and the hotel is excellently positioned near the coastal outcrops and north beach. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the hotel is clean and tidy.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge with the best shower we've had in Europe. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful breakfast area and everything we needed provided. The staff were super friendly and really helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us take advantage of the scenic wonders in this city. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to walk to the beach, close to everything, and very close to the cliff, providing amazing views.

The beds were dreamy and the rooms were lovely. We had a great size room and bathroom with a big bed. the hotel was clean and modern. One of the best parts was having a balcony where we could sit and relax with a drink. Another advantage was the car parking facilities under the hotel. the location was key, as it was easy to walk to the beach and there was a lift just behind the hotel, so we didn't have to climb the hill. the staff, especially Caroline, was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and recommended great restaurants for us to try. She even let us have breakfast despite our tardiness.

Excellent location, just a short 5-minute stroll to the breathtaking Itzurun beach and conveniently close to town. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a drink. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed. Underground parking available. Easy access to the city center via a nearby lift. Caroline at reception was incredibly helpful and provided fantastic restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, even though we were late. Veronica at reception was also friendly and kind. Highly recommend this hotel, it surpassed our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. the black and white theme throughout, from the rooms to the staff uniforms, was aesthetically pleasing. the attention to detail and care put into the design was evident. the breakfast offered a good variety of high-quality items, including freshly baked bread and pastries. the staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to provide helpful information about the area.
