We had a fantastic time at the hotel. the location was perfect, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the staff, especially Ms. July and Mr Sameh, were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. the parking space, although a bit small, was adequate. the interior of the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our suite was ready upon arrival and had a fresh and tidy feel to it. the furniture, bed linens, and cutlery were all spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the refreshing air conditioning and the super clean washrooms. a wonderful experience at Action Hotel.

The hotel's location was quite convenient, with easy access to the city centre and a lovely beach just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stain-free bathrooms and good amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. it was a decent hotel with some enjoyable facilities.

The hotel lacked a pool, which would have been a nice addition for guests.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the clean and modern rooms, friendly staff at the front desk, and the customer-oriented and motivated bar staff. The lobby was also nice and clean, and the hotel lived up to the pictures online. The high levels of satisfaction were evident, especially during the busy Christmas break. The staff made us feel at home and like part of a family, with special mentions to Navin from housekeeping and Farida from the front desk. The manager, Mr. Omar, was an absolute professional, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even during the New Year's Eve weekend. Tulip Inn's prices were also excellent, providing great value for our money. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and it was a great experience. This place is located at the center of commercial space, very ideal for golf lovers or anyone who wants to explore the city. The staff, especially the manager at the receptionist, gave us the best service during our stay here. They have a variety of services such as room service, car hire, and 24-hour room service. The room was spacious, with all necessary amenities, including a sitting area, mini-bar, and free toiletries. Additionally, they have a buffet breakfast with halal food and a restaurant with a bar and lounge area for happy hour.

action hotel ras al khaimah exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, quiet rooms, and delicious breakfast. it was the best hotel during my trip in uae, and the people in the emirate were very helpful and friendly.

Smoke from the bar in the resto could be smelled in the rooms.

The hotel was located in a good spot, close to the beach and shopping malls. the breakfast was great and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the room. It was also nice to have a pool to relax in after returning from a long day out and about.

The staff at reception were quite rude and unhelpful. We had to wait for a while to check in and when we finally got to our room, it was not very clean and smelled bad.

I had a one-night stay at this small but incredibly tidy and friendly hotel before heading to the airport. The rooms are excellent, well-maintained, and have everything you need for a proper rest. The breakfast, served by Nancy at the restaurant, was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The location is also great, with cafes and malls within walking distance and the airport just a 20-minute taxi ride away.
