The hotel had a beautiful beach and a range of good restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the helpful staff.

The layout of the hotel was confusing and the WiFi was unreliable. Some rooms didn't have mobile signal.

Our second stay at Westin, and we love it! Location is brilliant, staff is fantastic and professional. Kids club staff is great. Hotel accommodation is of high standard. Club lounge service offers great value.

Our room was upgraded on arrival with access to an executive lounge. Great spread of food and drink choices. Loved the pool area and beach. a luxurious stay.

Exceptional staff attitude and well-maintained facilities make for a unique experience. The hotel is perfect for families with young kids with its kids swimming pool and playing areas. The buffet breakfast is amazing and the Executive Room with lounge access is highly recommended. The sushi, dumplings, and fresh juice were particularly noteworthy. The Thai restaurant is highly authentic and the duck noodle with soup on the side is a must-try.

Our stay at The Westin was truly excellent. We got great value for our money with a clean room that exceeded our expectations, complete with two king size beds. The hotel's location next to the beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the generous beach facilities. The staff, especially reception manager Mr. Karim, went above and beyond to make our wedding ceremony special. The Nespresso machines in the room were a great touch, and the overall environment and services made our experience unforgettable. A special shoutout to Sam at reception, who made us feel incredibly welcome and even upgraded us to a presidential suite. Thank you, Sam and the Westin team!

Breakfast delights could have been better if the hotel had mentioned the need to book dinner at the weekend, as it got very busy and we couldn't secure a spot.

This beach resort offers a perfect getaway experience with a well-equipped room, comfortable bed, and top-notch service. Breakfast at MINA's kitchen is delectable, and the Club lounge is perfect for food and drink lovers. With multiple pools and an incredible beach, this place is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.

One downside is the noise on weekend nights from nearby bars, which makes it impossible to have a peaceful time.

This venue offers an exclusive and luxurious spa and wellness centre with steam room and sauna. The swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool are perfect places for relaxation, and the sun loungers provide comfort. We had an amazing experience with the full body massage and beauty treatments. The poolside snack bar offers tasty meals with the convenience of not leaving the pool area. The location is a wonderful advantage, near to major tourist hot spots.

The beach access had some sharp rocks which could be unpleasant to walk in.

The pool and kids club were fantastic, offering great fun for the whole family.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing drink at the poolside bars, which have been described as amazing in previous reviews. The ServiceExpress and concierge provide excellent service, although there have been some issues with contacting them directly. The restaurant offers a local calling option, which adds to the convenience for guests.

Some guests have mentioned construction going on around the hotel building, which could cause inconvenience or noise disturbances.

The staff on the beach were attentive and provided good service for drinks. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, offering a beach holiday experience with the added bonus of nearby Dubai attractions. The hotel was also impressively clean, and we had a comfortable stay with a super comfortable bed. The gym and spa facilities were great, and we also tried their Iftar during Ramadan, which offered excellent value for money.

I spent my Thanksgiving at an incredible hotel with a stunning beach and a beautiful pool. the location was unbeatable, with lots of shops and activities nearby. They even offered free shuttle service to some of the local attractions. the breakfast was beyond delicious, with a wide variety of options available, from fresh fruit to hot dishes. the staff was very attentive and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine in our room.

The water quality at the beach was not great, which was a bit disappointing. the room was a bit outdated and could use some updating.
