The staff is proactive and polite. All areas are clean, including the bathrooms with raindrop showers. Great view of the city at night. Ample parking available. Basic toiletries provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a quiet area close to the city center. The location made it very convenient for me to attend meetings and conduct business. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even arranged for a taxi to be waiting for me outside. The room was well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. the service and facilities provided here were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families, as it offers a range of facilities and services that would cater to their needs.

My Easter stay was great! the hotel had a really nice scent and everything looked neat and new. the staff were attentive and accommodating, especially when I requested an early check-in time. the location was perfect for me, with plenty of greenery and a quiet atmosphere. I also appreciated the free and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected.

The restaurant service was lacking, with slow wait times for both room service and in the dining area. while the food was passable, it wasn't particularly impressive.

I was amazed by the fantastic customer service at Golden Tulip. When I fell sick during my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. They arranged for a doctor to visit my room and constantly checked up on me. The level of care and attention was exceptional. The hotel itself was impressive, with a beautiful classic look and exceptionally clean rooms. The amenities and extras, like the boardroom package, were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kampala.
