The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the city, within walking distance of the ministry and near the church. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a home away from home. The housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring a superb level of cleanliness. Additionally, the air conditioning provided a comfortable sleep, shielding us from the hot weather outside.

Connecting to the WIFI can be a spot of a bother, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the hotel's central location in the city center. It was convenient to have shops, ATMs, and other facilities nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and arranging transportation for me. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed on the fourth floor with its nice view overlooking Nkurumah road.

The room was incredibly spacious with a comfortable bed and large windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The walk-in bathroom was also quite spacious and clean. I was impressed with the hotel's security measures and the helpfulness of most of the staff. The breakfast buffet in the cafeteria was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

russell hotel in kampala was perfect for our honeymoon. spacious room, 24-hour hot water, and excellent room service. the staff were friendly and we loved the samsung tv with usb connection for our own movies.
