The buffet at the hotel was disappointing and the TVs in the rooms did not work. This was quite frustrating and took away from the overall experience.

I got great value for my money at Serena. The room was fantastic with all the amenities I needed. The location overlooking Lake Victoria was breathtaking, and the staff treated me with exceptional service.

Amazing hotel and resort. The staff checked me in early and guided me to my spacious room with a large covered bed, big bathroom, and balcony overlooking the resort and Lake Victoria. The resort grounds were calm and peaceful, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner options were plentiful, and the pool area was relaxing. Despite some minor issues with the internet and inconsistent pricing for transportation, I highly recommend this hotel. a fantastic place to stay.

It was a great way to start the day. the bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were all very kind and helpful, always ready to lend a hand when needed. the room service team was especially fantastic, offering alternative options when necessary.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the regular dusting. During my stay, I noticed that one of the side bed tables in my room was quite dusty.

Located in a picturesque area, this hotel offers comfortable rooms equipped with excellent rain showers and spacious balconies, as well as an impressive 18-hole golf course. the breakfast and dinner options for guests are various, and the staff is very courteous.

While the internet worked well, the TV channels were often buffering, which made it difficult to catch up with news and complete business tasks. the steep price charged for the room may not be justified by the overall hotel experience offered.

My partner and I had a luxurious stay here. the staff was friendly and responsive, the outdoor swimming pool was lovely and the spa lounge and sauna were perfect places to relax. the massage service was fantastic, and we loved the special diet menus at the restaurant. the private facilities, including an exclusive garden area, were a nice touch.

Our only minor issue was with the in-room breakfast. While it was delicious, the portions were quite small for the price.
