Spent Christmas here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Loved the free Christmas dinner and drinks, as well as the upbeat holiday decorations. The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool and the friendly staff were always willing to help.

Our room was facing a noisy construction area, making it hard to relax in the daytime. while the restaurant had good food, the service was a bit slow and some of our orders were incorrect.

This hotel is truly luxurious and exclusive! The Spa & wellness centre is amazing with top-notch service in the treatment room and the full body massage was heavenly. The outdoor swimming pool is breathtaking, with a sun terrace and sun loungers providing the perfect spot to relax under beach umbrellas. The restaurant's special diet menus and outdoor dining area are perfect for a private dinner with delicious meals and a bar/lounge area for a nightcap.

The only minor issue I had was that the entertainment was lacking and there were no live music or shows. However, this did not take away from the incredible experience at this hotel which offered private facilities , including a sauna, steam room, and beauty treatments.
