During our stay at 130 Queen's Gate, we were delighted by the complimentary snacks and beverages provided in our room. The quality of the soap and shampoo in the bathroom was top-notch. The front desk staff was always available and extremely helpful. We appreciated the spaciousness of our room and the cleanliness of the lobby. we had a great experience and would consider staying here again.

The room was perfect for a romantic escape, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the key location was amazing, being close to major attractions and areas of interest. We were able to easily walk to famous museums and parks. Another great advantage was the helpful staff, who were always available and ready to assist with any questions or requests.

It would have been better if there was an eye on the apartment door, so we could see who was knocking. the price was a bit expensive, which was a downside to consider when planning our stay.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to tube stations and nearby attractions such as the Natural History Museum and Hyde Park. The spacious studio apartment was well-furnished and had plenty of plug points. The kitchen was a good size and even had complimentary biscuits, tea, and coffee. The location is fantastic, with easy access to top London museums and attractions. The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family with 2 small kids, and has a lovely view of Queen's Gate street. The jacuzzi baths were a hit with the children, and the A/C was a bonus during the heatwave. The helpful and friendly receptionist made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were occasional workmen outside the basement apartments, which caused some noise disturbances in the mornings. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't significantly affect our overall stay.

This property in South Kensington is conveniently located with easy access to Chelsea and the tube station. The staff, especially Adam, are helpful and polite. The rooms have balconies. Housekeeping service is excellent.

I had a confirmed check-in time of 3pm, but when I arrived, I was politely informed of a short delay. The staff offered to help with my heavy luggage and despite a small miscommunication about the location of my room, they quickly resolved it. The apartment was modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with the tube station just a few minutes away. The housekeeping staff kept the apartment impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this residence for its helpful staff, convenient location, and well-equipped apartments.
