The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or concerns. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that provided a great night's sleep.

There was also a lack of information about additional fees for check-in outside of working hours, which was a surprise. the room was not cleaned even though I had requested it to be done, and some of the facilities were not in the best condition, such as difficult-to-use key lock boxes and a rickety z-bed.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, close to Nottingham arena where we were going to watch a band. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was convenient and we had no trouble finding a spot. During our recent stay, we were pleased with the spacious rooms and excellent central location. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us a late check-out since no one was booked in the room the following day. This added flexibility made our trip even more enjoyable. The room and bathroom sizes were impressive, easily accommodating our group of five in the four-bedroom apartment with space to spare. We found the prices to be well worth the value.

While the furniture and decoration in the apartment appeared worn and tired, with stained sofas that weren't very appealing, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, the TV was not functional, and some areas of the apartment could benefit from a bit of TLC.

The price quoted initially was a bit high, but I understand that premium locations come with a premium cost. the double bed mattress in our room was uncomfortable, with a noticeable hole in the middle which was not ideal for someone with a back injury.
