The bed was clean, comfortable, and had warm covers. The spacious bathroom had a good shower. Plenty of milk, teabags, and other amenities were available. The free WiFi was reliable. The owner was professional, friendly, and accommodating.

The location was incredible, just a short walk into the center. the place was impeccably clean and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I loved the little touches like the muffins, bottled water, and hot drinks. the takeaway cups were also a nice touch. the attention to detail was amazing, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to the area.

Comfortable room with a well-sized bed, clean and modern. The grab and go breakfast was convenient, although would have liked decaf coffee. Location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to restaurants. I recommend this guest house.

We absolutely loved the modern decor of the room. It had a clean and fresh look, which we appreciated. The bag of goodies was a nice touch and added to our overall experience. The code for access was texted to us just before our arrival, making it very convenient. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The fan provided was a welcome addition as the room was a bit warm. Parking outside was easy, although some parts of the curb didn't have a dropped kerb. Thankfully, there was a large payable car park nearby if needed. The location was perfect for us, with easy walking access to Stamford School, the town center, and other areas nearby. There was also a good selection of eateries for breakfast and dinner.

One downside of the hotel's location was the noise from late night revellers passing by, especially on the hottest day of the year when we had to keep our windows open. It would have been helpful if a fan was provided to drown out the street noise.
