We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tastefully decorated. The food at the pub downstairs was delicious, but the portions were huge! We couldn't finish it all, but didn't want to waste any because it was so tasty. The breakfast was also lovely, a real treat. We will definitely be back to 1885 The Venue - Pub, Restaurant, Rooms & Function House.

We had a lovely welcome and the staff accompanied us to our room. The accommodation was great, with a very comfortable bed, a freestanding full-length mirror, and a large, beautiful bathroom. The shower was brilliant, with nice toiletries and fluffy towels. The hotel had lots of free parking available, which was convenient for us. Additionally, the atmosphere in the bar was nice.

They even provided a naturally gluten free buffet, catering to our guests' dietary needs. The room accommodated all 50 of us for the evening party and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful. We even had a fun-filled evening with "Vegas Elvis" and a dance floor and DJ. it was a truly lovely evening and we would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
