We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, attending to all our needs with professionalism and friendliness. The bar served delicious food and amazing drinks, and the festive menu was a real treat. The hotel had a lovely character and was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with free parking available in a nearby public car park. It was also handy for the venue we were attending that night, and it was within easy reach of the shopping center.

I booked a room in a nightclub located in the center of Old Town Swindon. The communal areas were a bit stuffy, but the lovely pub made up for it. The room was comfortable and clean, with deep bathtubs and a nice sense of privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. it was a great experience staying in this unique establishment.

The car park was difficult to find.

my recent stay in swindon wasn't the greatest, but my stay at kings arms turned things around. the location was perfect, right in the middle of old town. the room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was cooked to order, excellent value for money.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Swindon that was conveniently located near the New Town area and the railway station. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded my room when I mentioned that my original one didn't have a back door key. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and there was a good variety of options. I had a pleasant experience during my stay.

That the hotel didn't have a pool table, which I was looking forward to playing.

I recently stayed at The Kings Arms for a night out. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk from the train station and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The staff, especially Gemma and Lyn the housekeeper, were attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel has a unique character, and the breakfast cooked to order was excellent. it was a great value for money and I look forward to staying here again.

Great Location and wonderful Lobby – during my business trip, I chose this hotel due to its prime location perfect for easy access to the city's major attractions. Walking into the lobby, I felt a sense of luxury and was drawn to the stylish decor that was well maintained and inviting.

The pressure was low, and the mixer was not working properly, leaving me with only two options of either extremely hot or cold water. This was not only inconvenient but also uncomfortable.

We had a Sunday roast at The Kings and it exceeded our expectations! The friendly staff seated us promptly and our drinks were waiting for us when we returned from the carvery. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the potatoes and vegetables were delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the venue was clean and tidy. Plus, they had plenty of TVs for watching football. It was reasonably priced too. We'll definitely be back!
