This charming accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the charming old town, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a coffee and tea station, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. The friendly host made us feel welcome and provided helpful guidance during our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby vintage shops, restaurants, and art galleries, immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

There were some occasional noise disturbances from street activity, which might bother light sleepers.

I recently stayed at 28 King Street for a weekend getaway. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old town and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable, with charming period features. The host was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the tea facilities and the availability of water bottles. I had a great time exploring the town and will definitely be returning for another stay.

our second stay in margate was made even better thanks to a delightful guesthouse near the beach. the spacious room had a coffee/tea station and tv, while the friendly host, marcus, made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality and helpful recommendations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Transportation was also convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants.
