We were pleasantly surprised by the overall package! The hotel is just 1 year old and offers sparkling clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff at reception was very cordial and helpful. The location is great, just 2 minutes walking from Kriens Mattenhof station and close to the Mt Pilatus cable car point. We also loved that the hotel offers a free city pass which gives free travel on trains and buses. There are several Asian, Mexican, and Italian restaurants nearby, along with a McDonald's just opposite the hotel.
