We recently stayed at a wonderfully appointed property located just a short walk outside of the city centre. the property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. There was plenty of room and a wide range of amenities available for our convenience. the location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and a bus stop just a few minutes away. the host was also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions we had. it was an ideal accommodation for both adults and older children, allowing everyone to socialize and relax comfortably.

I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of a laundry machine. the layout of the house was perfect for socializing with friends and family, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful decor and the lovely hand washes and lotions. having a coffee machine similar to mine was a delightful surprise, as I could enjoy a proper cup of coffee in the morning. The location of 35 Grosvenor Terrace - 5 Min Walk From York City Centre was perfect, just a short stroll to the city center and a convenient bus stop nearby. The house itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding felt luxurious. I also appreciated the lovely hand washes and lotion in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and I particularly loved having a proper coffee machine to start my mornings. The layout of the house was great for socializing with friends and family.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. the thermostat was improperly set, which meant the heat was at the wrong time of day.

I had an ideal stay with a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. The house was incredibly clean and the beds were so comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hand washes and lotion added a luxurious touch, and the layout of the house was perfect for socializing. I was delighted to find a coffee machine that made a 'proper' cup of coffee, just like mine at home. the hotel facilities and the communication from the owner were excellent.
