The room was stunning with a beautiful freestanding bath and amazing views. It was well-equipped with extra heater, towels, and refreshments. The staff, especially Josh and Julie, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious.

The location couldn't have been better, right at the bottom of the famous 199 steps and overlooking the picturesque harbor. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a delicious selection to choose from, including a full English option. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience in a perfect location.

The view and location of the hotel were great. It was near popular places in the area and had a stunning view of the harbor. Breakfast was also nice, with a variety of delicious options that satisfied our hungry stomachs. the staff were courteous and helpful when we needed their assistance.

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. the shower was also lacking in power and difficult to use.

Wow! I recently stayed at a charming cottage-style accommodation right on the harbours edge. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the town and at the foot of the steps leading to the Abbey. From my room, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the harbour and the Captain Cook statue on the nearby hillside. the sound of the water at night was so relaxing, and the reflection of the lights in the water was simply stunning. the host was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place for a delightful stay in this charming town.

The staff weren't very engaging and seemed more focused on the bar than the hotel. the stairs to the room were steep and difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and this has been my favorite so far. the room was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the harbor. the staff were amazing and I even made some great friends. I’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay.
