The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was opulent, and the charming little roof terrace and club lounge were perfect for relaxation. The location was convenient, with great access to public transport and walking distance to many tourist sights. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs, including providing tickets to shows and making dinner reservations. We felt exclusive and pampered throughout our stay.

And the self-service fish curry on the first night was the best I've ever had!

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's just around the corner from major attractions like Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, and there's a beautiful park nearby. the staff at the hotel are incredibly lovely and welcoming, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the Executive Lounge, where everything from check-in to meals took place. the food there was absolutely delectable and we especially enjoyed the afternoon tea and the evening buffet. It truly felt like stepping back in time and experiencing something truly special.

One disappointing aspect of our stay was the lack of special treats on our second night. We had booked two nights and the attention to detail on the first night was excellent, with little touches in the room that made us feel special.
