We had a wonderful experience being on a paddle boat hotel on the river. This place is located close enough to downtown to explore just walking around. We really enjoyed the restaurant with its delicious prix fixe dinner and beautiful sunset view. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home.

Loved the unique experience on a riverboat with mahogany trim, outside walkways, and a grand staircase. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. The prix fixe dinner on the balcony with a sunset view was delicious.

I loved the antique style of the room! However, the limited power outlets made charging multiple devices a hassle. The breakfast was delicious, but the limited options for continental breakfast left us wanting more. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and beautiful scenery of the river made for a great stay. I recommend this hotel.

Despite some reviews mentioning noise from the neighborhood, my stay was peaceful. The staff was friendly and the room, while small, was sufficient. The location was perfect for exploring Old Sacramento and Downtown, and Lyft made it easy to visit nearby attractions. The included breakfast was enough for the both of us and tasted great.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional! From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the bar staff, especially Jacob, were amazing and even went out of their way to make special drinks for us. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the shops and attractions in the area. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options.

One thing that could be improved upon is the cleanliness of the hotel. There were areas that were not properly cleaned, such as the dining areas and our room.

Our stay on a charming hundred-year-old authentic river boat in the centre of the old town was an incredible experience. The view from the deck onto the river was spectacular, and we loved watching the seals play. The room was cozy and clean, and the service was excellent, with Chris at reception and Jacob at the bar being particularly helpful and friendly. Breakfast, included in our stay, was a nice perk, and the complimentary Wi-Fi made our stay even more comfortable.

This hotel is a real hidden gem with its unique and historic river steamer from the 1930s. The location of this hotel cannot be beaten if you want easy access to Old Sacramento, Golden1 Arena events, the Crocker Art museum, and other parts of downtown. The staff at this hotel are really attentive and provide great service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
