the location is superb, just a stroll to splendid parks and major attractions. the studio apartment was very clean, with a comfy vibe, and i really appreciated that the daily cleaning service kept everything fresh. plus, the concierge was super helpful, giving me all the right tips for exploring the area!

However, I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was quite erratic during my stay. Also, the absence of air conditioning made some nights uncomfortable. I wish the elevator had been operational. climbing to the sixth floor was a challenge, especially with luggage.

Had a week in a ground floor studio, and it was super comfy despite my cold and sprained ankle. The place is clean and felt like a home base after exploring cool spots like Westminster Abbey. Plenty of takeout options nearby too! The only bit off was the lack of a quick grab-and-go café by the lobby for breakfast.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and kitchen utensils. The staff really helped during my first stay by printing important documents. I recommend trying their luggage storage service. I'm definitely coming back for a city break!
