The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe with more variety or some additional options.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful – made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel room was nicely decorated and had a seating area – really made us feel at home. The location was great – close to shops, restaurants, and the dock area. The bed was very comfortable – had a great night's sleep. Liverpool people were friendly and sociable – had a fantastic time exploring the city.

I had a fantastic stay at 62 Castle Street, the staff were amazing, especially Mike who went above and beyond. Our room on the top floor was quiet and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Liverpool 1 and surrounded by bars and restaurants. I would definitely book here again - a truly excellent hotel.

I had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel's location near to Liverpool Lime Street station was so convenient for transportation. It was easy to walk to all the features of this city and visit local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

This place is perfectly located in the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring everything the city has to offer. The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and a well-stocked mini-bar, added to our overall comfort. We also appreciated the free toiletries in the bathroom and the comfy sitting area where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel offers a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

Although the staff here are friendly and accommodating, it would be better if they had a designated area for their meals away from the reception desk. We witnessed staff eating takeaway meals at the desk, which was not the most professional sight.

New Year was fantastic! the room was spacious, split level with plenty of room for my partner and I, with a comfortable bed and a separate area for watching TV. the staff were friendly and prompt with our requests. the hotel's location was perfect as we were able to walk to the main attractions in the city. the room also had amenities that made our stay comfortable.

Noises from outside still slightly affected our sleep. the mattress could use a replacement as it wasn't as comfortable as expected.
