the lack of a proper check-in procedure was shocking, as if i were a nuisance rather than a guest. and the wifi was almost nonexistent, perhaps they prefer us to socialize in person? i expected a room upgrade for all the hassle but just got the same mediocre experience instead. almost wrote a good review, but alas, i could not.

I loved my stay at this stylish hotel, especially since it was just a short walk from the famous Cavern Club and Liverpool One shopping center, making my city strolls so enjoyable. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to my delightful experience.

However, the noise levels outside were unsettling, waking me from 3 AM to 6 AM with sounds reminiscent of glass bottles clattering. Inside the room, an intrusive noise from the plumbing proved disruptive as well. The staff, while friendly and helpful, did not respond to my inquiries regarding my experience, leaving a sense of unresolved issues.

I was surprised by the spacious Deluxe Suite and the excellent array of TV options. The comfortable bed and good shower pressure added to my positive experience.

Unfortunately, noise from nearby clubs disrupted my peaceful night's sleep. Plus, there were cleanliness issues with the carpets that fell short of expectations.

Proper boss stay! Staff were sound, especially Sam with the cocktails. Room was dead spacious and clean, perfect for a chill. Only issue was the parking being a bit of a trek, but worth it for the location. Can't wait to come back!

we loved our stay at 62 castle street! the superior suite was spacious with a comfy king size bed and a nice little seating area. it’s just a short walk from the train station and a quick five minutes to famous spots like mathew street. huge shoutout to sam, who made our check-in so welcoming and mixed amazing cocktails!

Stunning luxury room with high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. The mini-bar prices were surprisingly reasonable, and the location couldn't be better—just a hop away from all the fun spots!

Had to crouch a bit for the shower—definitely not ideal for us taller folks! And leaving was almost like breaking up with a charming boyfriend.
