Mind-blowing stay with SUPER CLEAN room, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, free parking, and cozy atmosphere.

Clean, easy to find, great location near Newmarket centre, lovely view of paddocks, good value for money. Spotless room, no traffic noise, comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower with toiletries, self-serve continental breakfast. No shoes in hallway, no locks on bedroom doors, no in-room drinks, use kitchen for tea/coffee. Well-kept house, nice garden, beautiful field view, not noisy, warm room. Made to feel part of family, can't wait to come back. Vanessa polite and helpful, allowed early key pickup. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming bed and breakfast. Vanessa, our host, warmly welcomed us and showed us to our clean and cozy room. the property is well-maintained and located in a convenient spot with beautiful views of the surrounding fields. the self-catering breakfast provided all the essentials for a great start to the day, including fruits, cereal, bread, yogurt. the bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

my recent stay in newmarket was incredible! the lovely hosts at 72 ashley road bed & breakfast made me feel like part of the family. the house was clean and tidy, with beautiful decor and excellent facilities. the breakfast in the morning was delicious too! it exceeded all my expectations and i can't wait to come back.
