Just a one night stay before my flight from Manchester; lovely B&B with character, charming hosts, spotlessly clean room and the whole hotel. The care for the guests is amazing in so many aspects - from kind conversation, addressed by our first names, goodies in the room, to home-baked bread, homemade marmalade/jams for breakfast. on arrival had a problem with a car tyre, got helpful directions and solved the problem immediately; in the morning, advised me to take the road passing Cat and Fiddle Inn for beautiful views of the Peak District - great indeed!

The room was quite comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service without being invasive. it was a fantastic place to stay.
