I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the room and bathroom being spotless. The hotel facilities were great, including a common kitchen with a washing machine available for use. The location was convenient, with the hotel being close to a bus stop that took me into the city center. Additionally, it was quite close to the Belfast central train station, making transportation easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at The Avenue for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. Jamie, the staff member, was excellent with communication and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He allowed us to check in early and even let us store our bags after we checked out. The converted house had a cozy attic room with a private bathroom, all impeccably clean. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise with a variety of breakfast options, including oat milk for those with dietary restrictions. The location was perfect, just a 25-minute walk to Titanic Belfast and with easy access to transportation.

I got great value for my money at The Avenue. The room was comfortable and had a modern design, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The location was convenient, close to the bus stop and shops. The staff treated me well, making my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been better with a wider variety of options.

I had a wonderful stay at Avenue in Belfast. The guesthouse was in a great neighborhood and the house itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet. The added benefit of a washing machine saved us money on laundry. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and we were provided with complimentary breakfast items such as milk, tea, coffee, yogurt. The wifi speed was excellent and the overall ambiance was quiet and restful with only three rooms in the house.

I recently stayed at The Avenue in Belfast for a few nights. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. As a smoker, I appreciated the good covered shelter in the back yard. Jim, the owner, even went out of his way to drop us off at the airport. It truly felt like a home from home experience.

The facilities were great, with a clean and cozy room that had a fold-out table and chair, perfect for my needs. The hotel also provided hand towels and full-size towels for both guests, and the private shower and toilet were a nice touch. The communal kitchen was well-stocked with tea, coffee, bread, and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was convenient, with a bus stop just 100m away. The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I truly felt at home here and will definitely be returning when I visit Belfast again. Highly recommended!

Insecure main entrance and flimsy room door made us feel unsafe. No staff present.
