Amazing room, lovely view, considerate staff, great breakfast, tasteful decor, attention to detail.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located by the seaside, making it easy to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It also offers a stunning view of the pier and white cliffs. The room is well equipped with amenities such as a sofa, small fridge, and a curved TV. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant experience.

The windy weather during our stay caused the windows to let in a draft, making the room quite cold at night.

The room was clean and had a nice ensuite, equipped with a beautiful porcelain bath and a spacious shower. The hotel also provided complimentary water, earbuds, an LED fireplace with remote, a huge fan, and a comfy armchair and bed. The location was fantastic, close to the sea, shopping areas, and quiet at the same time, giving the best of both worlds.

To our experience. if you don't book directly with the hotel, you have to pay £10 for parking, which is not clearly signposted and located beside a private residence.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were outstanding. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the Brighton attractions as well as surrounding areas through good public transport. The parking provided by the hotel was a huge advantage, saving me from the trouble of finding a spot. The breakfast served was first rate and surpassed even the renowned Hotel du Vin. The staff, particularly David, were exceptional, offering a personal touch and making me feel immediately at home. This hotel definitely stands out without that generic hotel feel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is ideally situated on the seafront, offering excellent views, and it also has convenient parking facilities.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room at A Room With A View. It was much bigger than I expected and had a comfortable bed. I loved that the TV had a mount that allowed me to adjust its position and even enabled subtitles. The coffee machine in the room was a great touch, and I enjoyed a delicious cuppa every morning. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it seemed like they had thought of everything to make my stay comfortable. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend A Room With A View.

The location was amazing, with a short walk to the attractions and shops in the town center. The room was bright and airy, with three large windows offering a great view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and the linen was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The bath in the bathroom was quite small.

What a great New Year at this hotel! the staff were so friendly and attentive, always willing to help us with our queries. the room was clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the comfy bed and the lovely selection of teas and coffees. In terms of location, we couldn't have asked for more - we were close to shops, restaurants and bars. Plus, the beautiful sea view was just amazing!

We did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. The room was quite hot and the air conditioning unit didn't work properly, which made it difficult to cool the room down.

However, the hotel's location is perfect, with attractions and shops just a short walk away. The breakfast is first-rate and surpasses even Hotel du Vin. The hotel is not suitable for guests with limited mobility as there are many steps to climb.

The staff, especially Vicky, were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and excellent amenities.

The only minor issue was the lack of a lift. There were a few flights of stairs to go up to our room.
