our summer holiday at aberdunant hall was absolutely amazing! the hotel is stunning and the surrounding woods add to its beauty. the staff were incredibly polite and provided excellent service. the food was delicious and the rooms were huge. we will definitely be returning to this 5* gem. highly recommended!

Beautiful location tucked away in a secluded valley among stunning trees. The cabin was clean and tidy, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The bathroom was impressive, with a luxurious roll top bath and a double walk-in shower. The surrounding forest was perfect for relaxation and exploration. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Additionally, the perfect location allowed us to easily visit all the places we wanted to see.

There were a few cleanliness issues, such as dirt on the skirting boards, cobwebs in and out of the cottage, and marks on the side units. The lack of on-site amenities, like a shop or spa, was a minor drawback.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated very close to main tourist attractions and with stunning views down the stream. On Monday night, we enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, which had a lovely terrace area. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom could use some improvement.

Surrounded by forests and mountains, it provides a serene escape, yet still allows for breathtaking views of the area. The rooms are luxurious, featuring spacious bathrooms with great showers and plenty of shelves. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, offering a range of options to start the day.

There are some bright site lights that are left on all night, causing light pollution in this otherwise idyllic location.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay in this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in a peaceful forested area outside of town. The idyllic stream and woodland surroundings made for a truly serene and tranquil atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with two very pleasant staff members always ready to assist us. The restaurant on-site was fantastic, serving delicious breakfast and dinner options. We particularly loved the special dessert that was brought up to our room when we couldn't finish it right away. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful garden views.

We recommend this hotel to our friends, as it offers a great building and location. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service levels.

I recently stayed at Aberdunant Hall for a mid-October work trip. The room was spacious with a four-poster bed and a huge bathroom featuring a double shower. The decor was tastefully done, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by hills and woodland. The terrace with a bar and pizzeria was a lovely spot to relax. The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Excellent value for money!

The breakfast options were good and plentiful, with cereal and hot food available. The location was convenient and close to plenty of attractions. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Our stay was marred by poor service at the hotel. We had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities, such as towels and toiletries, that should have been restocked automatically.
