Rooms were bright and clean, creating a lovely ambiance. The attention to detail in the design and decor was remarkable.- The staff, particularly the manager, Juan, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their helpfulness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated.

It can be a bit challenging to secure a sunny spot by the pool all day due to the hotel's layout. However, this was easily overcome by either rearranging the poolside beds or heading over to the beach just across the promenade.

We had a great time staying at this hotel which has the best location near bars and restaurants in Palma Nova. The hotel is situated right next to a beautiful beach where we spent most of our time. The room was well-appointed and had a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including freshly cooked options. The hotel also had indoor and outdoor pools, massage facilities, and bicycles for hire.

The outdoor pool area was a bit cramped and didn't get much sun during the day.

Finding the perfect spot for a romantic escape isn’t an easy task, however, this hotel was a great choice. Not too crowded, with a lovely pool area, and beach right next to it. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the live music during our dinners, which created a relaxing atmosphere.

Although the hotel has some good aspects, the resort is not ideal for everyone. It is very touristy and not so peaceful, which can be a downside for people looking for a quiet retreat.

I recently stayed at Zel Mallorca for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel's beautiful location, just a 20-minute drive from the airport, made it convenient for us to reach. We loved taking walks along the coast and enjoying the stunning sandy beaches with warm and clean water, even in late October. The hotel itself is right on the beach, offering amazing views. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with plenty of restaurants at affordable prices, making it unnecessary to have full board. The hotel's dinners, especially when half-board, were delicious. The ambience of the hotel was very nice, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Zel Mallorca for a quiet and enjoyable stay.
