Felt lucky, no complaint.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city with our kids. The location was ideal, being by the river and within walking distance of both the Titanic and the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Charlene at the front desk who organized tours and gave directions. The bedroom was comfortable and had a lovely view. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with options like blood pudding and the best bacon. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The prices for food and drink were a bit on the high end for our liking.

We had a wonderful stay here! The newly developed harbour area provided a convenient location for where we needed to be on the waterfront, and we could easily walk to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and provided great service, including 24-hour room service and a welcome drink. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning, soundproofed walls, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the terrace with comfortable garden furniture.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and right on the waterfront. The newly developed harbour area was beautiful and convenient for my needs. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities I could ask for. The mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and comfortable furniture made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the waterfall shower was a highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionists who greeted me upon arrival to the bartender who gave me great drink recommendations. I even received a free dessert for a longer wait time. I would definitely come back here when I visit again!

the hotel completely exceeded my expectations. from the moment we arrived, we were upgraded to a stunning queen suite with comfortable beds. the special offer for dinner at the michelin-starred restaurant was a highlight. the staff, especially freya and mairaid, were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. highly recommended!

This hotel is ideally located, offering stunning views over the River Lagan to the SSE arena in which we were attending. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower in the bathroom. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the reception desk. The breakfast had a good selection, including vegan and vegetarian options, and the restaurant staff were lovely. a pleasant stay in a hotel with a great location and nice views.

The housekeeping service could be improved.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city, with everything very close by. The rooms are very nice and modern with great views and a lovely shower. You will enjoy the great service from very friendly staff and the tasty breakfast. The hotel has plenty of facilities including car parking right nearby.

It's a shame that the food options in the hotel were limited and not always available.

The view is industrial idealistic, the beds pure luxury, lovely clean lined bathrooms and finding my toilet roll "pinkie stamped" after a maids visit insured I felt like VIP. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient. The location is quite central to the city centre and attractions, with Victoria Square shopping mall only a 15-minute walk away. The 5th floor room I stayed in had a fantastic river view facing the Cineworld and Titanic Belfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the overall value for money was fantastic.

The view from the room was amazing and the location was spot on for everything we wanted to do. the complementary wine and cheese were a nice touch to start off our Thanksgiving celebration. the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.

When I asked about what food had dairy in it at breakfast, the staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed confused. We had to double and triple check everything because there was so much mixed information given to us.
