We stayed at a centrally located hotel, right in the heart of a shopping mall and a short walk from the Bullring. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and we found parking nearby at a reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently situated across from the Kadampa Meditation Center.

Felt well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, right by the canal and in the center of town. We loved being able to take a nice walk along the waterway to reach nearby attractions. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service from check-in to check-out. We also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as room service and a well-equipped fitness center. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, attentive, and very helpful. They made sure my room met all of my needs, especially since I was on crutches. The room itself was lovely and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fridge with cold water. I appreciated the plugs by the bed and the ironing board. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the Bullring shopping centre and the Utilita arena. The view from my room overlooking the canal was breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. the service, room, view, and location were all fantastic.

Not one thing.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby - perfect for exploring during the holiday season. the rooms were clean and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed using the complimentary coffee machine and the fluffy bath robes provided. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely stunning, making for a really magical Christmas stay.

The pillows provided left a lot to be desired - they were far too soft and uncomfortable, making it a challenge to get a good night's sleep. the pressure of the shower was rather low, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff. As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and well taken care of.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Birmingham for work and I was impressed with the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently close to the train station and there were plenty of shops around for me to explore during my breaks. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi worked well and I was able to easily connect to my work emails. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that kept me energized for the day ahead. The only downside was that the walls between the rooms were a bit thin, so I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a decent stay during New Year's at this hotel. the receptionists were helpful, and the hotel rooms were comfortable. One highlight was the excellent swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room facilities. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a fully stocked bar, offering a variety of drinks. the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and attractions nearby.

There were some negatives to our experience. the prices at the bar were quite steep, with a pint of coke costing £4.
