We stayed at a budget guest house for the weekend. The location was fantastic, being central to the train station and a cozy café down the road. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The owner was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. Although we didn't have breakfast, the café across the road was a great option for a delicious meal to start the day.

The noise from the street outside was a bit disruptive at night.

Acacia was a wonderful BnB. Sue, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were well insulated, offering a quiet and peaceful stay. Free WiFi was available, which was perfect for my business trip. The location was conveniently close to the train station, and Sue even arranged a taxi for me. The cafe where breakfast is served had great food and was accommodating to vegetarians. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

I recently had a great stay in a guest house located in a busy area. The guest house is centrally located, with plenty of amenities nearby, such as restaurants, supermarkets, and takeaways. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day. The friendly owner goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included and served in a small cafe located conveniently across the road from the guest house. The location is perfect for those who enjoy cricket, as it is situated opposite a cricket ground.

Clean, great location, and excellent value for money. We were impressed with Sue, the landlady, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She helped us store our luggage and even helped us book another place when Acacia Villas was full. we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Guildford.

The location was great, very central to the sights and public transport. the room was well-equipped with all the utensils and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were comfortable and we had a good night's rest. the bathroom was shared with only one other room and was clean.

The noise outside was quite loud in the morning and evening, which may not be ideal for light sleepers. It was also inconvenient that we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

This hotel is a hidden gem near the centre of town, offering great facilities and recently renovated rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail, from the clean and welcoming rooms to the lovely smelling towels and fresh bed linen, was commendable. Additionally, the breakfast provided at very reasonable prices just across the road was simply fantastic.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find anything to fault.
