The owner, Jill, was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me a map and recommendations for exploring the city. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of Arthur's Seat. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I would highly recommend this guest house for its friendly service and great value for money.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Edinburgh for a few days. The manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome right from the start. The room I stayed in was clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. I also appreciated the keyless entry system, which made accessing the guest house hassle-free. The breakfast served in the bright and clean dining room was delicious and offered a substantial continental spread. Additionally, despite being located near the street, my room was quiet and provided a pleasant view.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location was great, just a 25-minute walk to the city center, with free street parking nearby. The decor was warm and cozy, giving it a Scottish feel. My room was small but had everything I needed, including a comfortable double bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfy. The owners provided thoughtful touches like directions and toiletries. I had a great night's stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Friendly and helpful host with a cute fluffy dog. Breakfast had a great variety of items including buckwheat, cereal, sandwiches, yogurt, sweet rolls, tea. Rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped with towels, electric kettle, and shower gel. Spectacular views from the windows. Early check-in and free room upgrade were a bonus.

Limited interaction with the host during breakfast. Milk in the room was not replaced, although it would have been if I had asked.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, although a bit far away from the center, is perfect if you're attending an event at the Commonwealth pool as it's just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a bus stop at the corner that can take you into Princess St in just a few minutes. The staff is very helpful and the basic amenities in the rooms are more than enough. The rooms are spotless, warm, quiet, and offer a great view of Arthurs Seat. Plus, the breakfast, served in a bright and clean room with tablecloths, is substantial and satisfying.

All in all, everything was ok.

I gotta say, Airdenair Guest House really offered great value for the price. The room was cozy and the staff treated me like a VIP. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses and plenty of parking nearby.
