Outstanding Hospitality

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Victor Louis in Bordeaux, and I must say that the hospitality was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

the staff, especially the young lady at check-out, were helpful and went out of their way to assist us. When our Uber didn't show up, she even tried to help us find a taxi to the airport. the hotel has a luxurious feel, with exquisite decor and attention to detail. the room had beautiful lighting and high-quality finishes. the location is superb, being both central and quiet. I also enjoyed spending some time on the back patio, enjoying a bottle of wine and snacks before heading out for dinner. a wonderful experience at Villa Victor Louis.

We got great value for our money at Villa Victor Louis - Bordeaux Centre. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel's location near the city center was convenient yet surprisingly quiet. The staff was exceptional, especially Hellen, who provided us with all the information we needed and was always available to assist us. The hotel's tasteful and unique decor added an artsy touch to our stay.

The only suggestion I have for the breakfast option is to provide a little more variety.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Bordeaux Centre called Villa Victor Louis. This beautifully restored 18th-century building offers stunning accommodations and impeccable service. Our room, a cozy studio in the basement, had a private terrace and access to the peaceful gardens. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provided spot-on recommendations for things to do and see in Bordeaux. I can't wait to return to this hidden gem and highly recommend it to others.

Great value for the money with comfortable and elegant rooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions, while still being tucked away on a quiet side street. The staff at Villa Victor Louis were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even better.

We loved staying in this charming hotel located in a quiet residential area. It was so close to everything and we enjoyed taking a short walk to the cafe du vin down the street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lounge and garden areas. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. this hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and provided us with a great experience.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a delightful stay at this charming property in the Bourgeois area around Saint Seurin. the location was perfect, situated on a quiet street but just minutes away from the vibrant Place Gambetta with its bars and brasseries. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll down to the river, taking in all the interesting monuments in the area. the property itself was beautiful, with a lovely lounge and garden to relax in. the staff, particularly the owner Christian, were incredibly helpful and charming. We would definitely return to Villa Victor Louis.

Hidden gem in a charming location, close to shops but away from the touristy feel. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a lovely atmosphere. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will definitely be back!

During my stay at Villa Victor Louis, I had the pleasure of enjoying the beautiful back patio. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a bottle of wine and some snacks before heading out for dinner. The peaceful atmosphere and comfortable seating made it a great place to relax and soak up the ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for its charming and cozy atmosphere.

The decoration is so fancy, it's like being in a Jane Austen adaptation. The staff made me feel like a philosopher from Bordeaux's gilded age. The breakfast conservatory with palm trees is perfect for pretending I'm in a tropical paradise.

Who needs an elevator when you can hike up the stairs for an authentic workout experience?

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Villa Victor Louis. The boutique hotel, a grand house converted into a charming retreat, has been tastefully renovated with attention to detail. Situated in a quiet street, it was a perfect base for exploring Bordeaux by foot. The warm reception by the owner's daughter, Helen, made us feel welcome. She helped us plan our stay and recommended great places to eat. Breakfast in the conservatory, overlooking the small back garden, was delightful.
