The compact room was warm and comfortable, but the bathroom had water damage and the balcony was littered with cigarette stubs. The staff were pleasant, and the location was excellent for sightseeing.

The room was cramped, especially with luggage!!! Narrow staircases without a lift make carrying bags a hassle!!! Consider avoiding lower ground floor rooms for a quieter sleep experience!!! A little more attention to upkeep would go a long way!!!

Great location for exploring! Our compact single rooms were clean, quiet, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Friendly staff allowed an early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the convenience of local bus stops and felt safe throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was compact but clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a very refreshing rain shower, perfect for the chilly weather. However, the front desk service left much to be desired. staff were uncommunicative and there was little follow-up when issues were reported. Notably, some basic cleanliness, such as changing the sheets, was overlooked during the stay.

this hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from victoria coach station. we had a triple room that was really spacious for our family, and the beds were super comfy. the heater worked great for the chilly weather. the staff was friendly and even stored our luggage before check-in, which was a nice touch.
