A charming guest house experience

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this delightful guest house. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail in the accommodation was impressive, with a spacious bathroom and a well-maintained room that was cleaned daily. The provision of fresh fruit for a healthy option at breakfast was a lovely touch. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited breakfast timings and difficulty finding parking, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this top-class B&B. I highly recommend this guest house for a charming and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and welcoming guest house. The room we stayed in, named Beatrice, was not only very clean but also had a quirky charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower room, though small, was still functional with hot water at all times. We appreciated the tea, coffee, and biscuits provided in the room, as well as the mini fridge. The breakfast options were delicious, with a choice of cereal, yoghurts, and fruit. The family running the guest house were very friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. We also enjoyed the company of the other guests during our two-night stay. we would highly recommend this place and are already planning to return.

Close to the coast and great breakfasts. the room was attractively decorated, with good amenities such as Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. There were plenty of options for breakfast, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, and a cooked breakfast. the location was also convenient, being just a short walk to the beach and some nice restaurants.

Limited parking nearby and some rooms may be small. Parking was a bit difficult to find nearby, but we managed to park for free on the seafront using a day permit.

The hosts provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast options are delicious and substantial, with freshly cooked dishes made to order. The guest house also offers amenities such as complimentary toiletries, towels, bathrobes, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Parking near the guest house can be a bit of a challenge.

Great location, close to town, promenade, and train station. All rooms comfortable with coffee facilities and bathrooms. Super helpful staff provided excellent service. Fabulous breakfast with quality ingredients. Thank you!

This hotel is a luxurious venue that offers exclusive amenities and high, quality service. the room advantages were impressive, including the exquisite bedding and soft towels. the private facilities were luxurious, with an elegant bathroom that had a modern shower. the breakfast was great, with fresh fruits and an extensive buffet. the location advantages were also valuable.

The only negative aspect was the small parking lot, which made it difficult for us to find a spot for our car. there were some side roads that were available for parking.

The value for money was excellent, and my room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, including the town and the promenade. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Jose and Kara, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this place!

The breakfast menu could be improved by extending the serving time until 10 am on weekends.

Fabulous hosts who made our New Year stay extra special. the breakfast was outstanding - cooked to perfection and a great start to the day. the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a short stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a nearby pub that served delicious food. We also appreciated the free parking pass provided for the seafront parking.

The on-street parking was a bit challenging to find a spot, but we were able to leave our car and use public transportation.

albert & victoria guest house in eastbourne was an incredible escape from the chaos of cities. the spacious and clean leopold room exceeded our expectations. the personalized service, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made our stay unforgettable.
