The room was absolutely gorgeous, with fresh white walls and beautiful autumn accents. the tea and coffee making facilities were really good, and I appreciated having plenty available. the breakfast choices were varied and of a high standard, and they even catered to my gluten-free and lactose-free needs. the location was initially a bit tricky to access due to some ambulances, but once they moved, it was easy to get through. Plus, having onsite parking was a huge bonus. the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the provision of outdoor seating and a summer house with a dining table was a delightful surprise.

The stairs, but it wasn't really a problem. Just keep in mind that the rooms are spread over three floors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem at the end of a cul-de-sac. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk downhill to the beautiful beach promenade. The room was attractively decorated with fresh white walls and autumn accents, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast choices were varied and of a high standard, with gluten-free and lactose-free options available. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even carrying a heavy suitcase for us. We also enjoyed using the cosy little sun trap terrace. a wonderful experience.

We would have preferred a bath in our upgraded room, but this was a small inconvenience.
