Cosy, clean room despite slight stains on bed sheets. Owner kind and welcoming when seen. Lovely, worth it breakfast on final morning. Highly recommend and would return.

We stayed just one night at a guest house in a great location near the railway station. Our room was small but spotlessly clean and tea and coffee were provided. They even had a hairdryer available. The separate toilet and shower downstairs were convenient. The owner, Michelle, was a very nice lady and she cooked a delicious breakfast for us. it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend it. The guest house is situated very close to the station, town centre, and Bowness.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the train station and just a short walk away from the beautiful lake. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, from ironing facilities to a cozy sitting area. I especially appreciated the little touches like the tea and coffee facilities and the complimentary toiletries. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a pool in a nearby location. I had a wonderful experience here.

The location of this guest house was perfect, just a short walk from the town center with plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants to choose from. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few negatives to our experience. the parking situation was a bit of a pain as there was only on street parking with limited time restrictions.
