The luxurious and modern room was quite impressive. the butler services were attentive and responsive. the hotel had a very nice ambient.

Our experience during our Christmas stay was ruined by the terrible breakfast. the hotel did not provide enough tables for guests and the lines were up to 30 minutes long.

We had a superb stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the welcome tea during check-in was fabulous. The room was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view from the 69th floor. The indoor pool was a pleasant surprise, and we appreciated the thoughtful provision of flip-flops. The hotel also had a gym and three restaurants, ensuring a variety of dining options.

The hotel's remote location could be a drawback when it comes to accessibility.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered by the friendly and efficient staff. the room was beautifully decorated and equipped with exclusive amenities that made us feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation, offering a wide range of treatments such as body scrubs, body wraps, beauty treatments, manicures.

Although the bar/lounge area was a great spot to enjoy a drink and unwind, we were hoping for some live performances to add more excitement to the atmosphere.

A comfortable stay with a luxurious touch. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by its high-end ambiance. The room decor was elegant and not overly extravagant, with soft lighting and a super comfy bed. The room had well-appointed facilities, including automatic lights and curtains that turned on and opened when I entered. The spacious room and luxurious bathroom added to the enjoyable experience. The hotel bar on the 41st floor provided a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Zhuhai and Macau. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the fresh juices were a highlight. The service was up to standard, with polite and well-trained staff. St. Regis Zhuhai exceeded my expectations, and I have no hesitation in recommending it. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area.

As a five-star hotel, I have a few recommendations for improvement. during check-in, there was a wait in the waiting area.
