The value for money at this guest house was exceptional, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a more powerful shower and an anti-slip bath mat would have been a nice addition.

The breakfast outside the door worked well and requests for teabags/hairdryer etc were promptly attended to. the quality of the breakfast was very good. the room was comfortable with a decent bedside light. the current routines and restrictions were politely but firmly requested but were not intrusive or fussy. the location couldn't have been better, just minutes from the beach. Good value for your money.

The only problem we found was the pressure in the shower wasn't very good. the towels didn't dry well either.

The location was great, just off the town centre and fairly close to the seafront. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The service provided by the owner was helpful and the breakfast was good. The guest house was also close to the station for the Swanage railway.

There was a strange musty smell in the room which was a bit off-putting.
