The value for money was exceptional, with a spotless deluxe room and all the amenities we needed! The castle's location was picturesque and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast option could use improvement, as the service was slow and it took a while for the drinks to arrive.

Great value for money, the room was cozy and comfortable, with the best bed I’ve had in a hotel. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, situated in a picturesque village with a pottery shop, old church, and nice pub. The staff, especially Pierce at the front desk, went above and beyond in accommodating our needs.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by having an earlier start time, as 9:45am was a bit too late for us.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of this castle hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds to explore. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The highlight of our trip was the delicious three-course meal included in our package, which turned out to be seven courses with the additional tasting dishes. The food was superb and the service was impeccable.

One downside was the expensive drinks at the hotel. We opted to stick with water to avoid the hefty price tags.

We stayed in a lovely superior room with a luxury bathroom, complete with a bath and separate shower. The castle grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby village of Amberley. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend a stay at this castle hotel.
