We had a wonderful stay at the Amberley Inn. The friendly welcome made us feel right at home, and we were impressed with the choice of lovely rooms we were shown. The beer was great, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The location was fabulous, with stunning views and great walks. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food in both the cosy bar and the more formal dining room. The inn has a classic English country charm with proper antique furnishings, giving it a unique and inviting atmosphere.

As a business traveler, I had a delightful stay in a charming village surrounded by acres of common ground. The idyllic location was perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the cows grazing on the edge of the village. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the cozy room downstairs with sofas and a roaring fire, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

There were a few areas in need of improvement, such as the cracked floor tiles and cheap loo seats. Despite this, it did not significantly affect my overall positive experience at the inn.

The room was spacious and cozy, with a feather and down bed that provided a restful sleep. The walk-in shower was a nice touch, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a coffee machine and TV. The staff were so pleasant and the food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast were top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends for a relaxing stay in this area.

A fantastic find; we thoroughly recommend this hotel and we are already talking about arranging our next visit. After a very warm welcome and settling into our lovely room, we headed down for dinner. The food and service was outstanding, I can’t rate them highly enough. The view over the valley was picturesque. Last but not least, breakfast was spot on. The owners and staff should be very proud of what they have achieved and we are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We stayed at a charming inn surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil woodland walks just across the road. The restaurant provided delicious gluten-free options, and the staff were warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower head and top-quality towels. The picturesque view over the valley was an added bonus. Breakfast was spot on, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.

The bedroom and bathroom felt a bit basic compared to modern standards, with no central heating and a shower that alternated between hot and cold.

We had a lovely stay at this country inn, nestled in a beautiful location with stunning views. the room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also loved the fact that the menu offered delicious meals made with local produce, and the food was both tasty and reasonably priced.

the noise from the road was quite noticeable as the building did not have double glazing. the dining room had an odd ambiance with acoustics that amplified every sound, making conversations feel awkward.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning. We were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and countryside from the comfort of our cozy accommodations. The historic building added a charming touch to our stay.

Wonderful stay in the countryside with delicious meals. Friendly and helpful staff that provided great service. the view from the room allowed a beautiful panorama of the hills. the décor was traditional and added to the comfortable and cosy feeling of the room.

There were some small defects in the room such as missing paint and a small size. the staff could have been more welcoming and there were a lot of strict notices to follow.
