The beach hut stay was incredible, with spacious rooms and stunning BEACHFRONT LOCATION. Staff super helpful!

The beachfront bungalows were perfect for chilling out, and the restaurant views were unreal🌅. the crystal-clear swimming spots and lush garden area were ace for kicking back and relaxing. the huts are cozy but could use a little sprucing up, nothing major though, just a few tweaks to make the stay even more primo.

Chose for a networking event - Hai Bar & Grill accommodates large groups. Helpful staff, activities, and comfortable bed.

Lack of reliable high-speed internet for work.

Hai Tide Beach Resort was a dream come true. the picturesque location was breathtaking, perfect for kids. the included breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering 5-star views. the pontoon facilities were fantastic, providing great snorkelling opportunities. the staff were amazing, making the experience truly relaxing.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the beautiful view from our hut was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. the included activities and facilities were fantastic. Will definitely return! .

The location of the beach club at Jungutbatu offered stunning views of the ocean and a convenient proximity to the cruise terminal. The beachfront bungalows provided an incredible view and a unique experience of waking up to the locals loading and unloading boats. The bungalows may have been tight for space, but the staff's nightly visit to let the mosquito nets down showed their attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort.

The lack of nighttime entertainment like music was a bit disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised when my air conditioning had an issue on the first night, but the staff quickly moved me to another room and fixed it promptly. the location at Mushroom Bay felt like a secluded paradise. the Rendang and Key Lime pie were exceptional. I had a wonderful stay at Hai Tide. Drawback: Limited breakfast options. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Returning my forgotten jewellery made me recall my first stay here. Perfect for my business trips with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, pool, and beach access. Amenities like electric kettle, diving, and poolside bar keep me coming back for a comfortable stay.

The hotel location was superb, right in front of a beautiful beach and with stunning sea views. We loved the fact that we could easily access many activities such as parasailing and snorkeling. the hotel provided friendly and prompt service, making our stay very enjoyable.

Our room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around with comfort. the beach area had several boats which spoiled the view and made swimming uncomfortable.

This place is simply stunning. The location, right on the beach at the quieter end of Mushroom Bay, is perfect. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and being able to walk straight out onto the sand. The staff here are fantastic, always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and beach access, were all top-notch. I felt truly relaxed and pampered during my time here.
