Welcoming and helpful hosts with great recommendations for pubs/restaurants. Perfect location with stunning views and introduction to their lovely dogs. Incredible hydrotherapy pool and stunning river view from the coffee booths. Kindness of the hosts allowing early check-in and late check-out. a special and memorable birthday experience. Can't wait to return!

The farmhouse was absolutely stunning and perfect for a relaxing Easter getaway. the communication from the front desk was prompt and they arranged all of my additional requests. One of the best aspects was the hydrotherapy experience, which was incredibly relaxing. the private setting, with the sound of the stream in the background, made it even more amazing. the room itself was flawless and had everything we needed. the option to book Valentine's treats, even though we stayed after Valentine's Day, was a nice touch.

The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful if it was made extra clear that the treatment rooms are a separate business. It was a bit awkward having to run back to the apartment in a robe to grab my purse to pay for the massages.

Nothing could have been better.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at this luxury rural farmhouse escape. Everything was spotlessly clean and set out like a 5-star hotel. the owners, Barry and Bev, were fantastic and always available if needed. the apartments had everything we needed and more, including coffee, butter, milk, and other extras. the hydrotherapy baths were a must-try and the on-site beauty treatments and hair stylist were a great convenience. We can't recommend this place enough, and the fact that it is pet friendly is a bonus. A huge thank you to Barry and Bev for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be returning regularly for future getaways.

What an exceptional place and location! The owner was a very nice guy and the apartment and surroundings were beautiful. The hydrotherapy bath was amazing, providing a relaxing experience with stunning views across the beck. Good value for money. The communication from Barry, the host, was great. He was super helpful and welcoming. We even arrived to decorations for my boyfriend's birthday, which was a nice touch. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway surrounded by nature. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the town center down a serene lane by the river. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the countryside. The hydrotherapy pool was a highlight, as was the top-notch service provided by the friendly owner, Barry. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site high street salon for some added pampering.

We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that aspect.

the apartment and grounds were immaculate, with thoughtful design and attention to detail. the owner went above and beyond to make our stay special, even providing a bottle of champagne for my partner's birthday. the hydrotherapy bath was luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. the location was beautiful, with lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere. it was the perfect getaway and I left feeling relaxed and happy. Highly recommended!
