central location, spacious and clean rooms, quick and efficient check-in

The plug sockets were mostly non-functional!!! The bathroom lacked adequate towel racks, making it hard to dry towels!!! I encountered noise from the bathroom cisterns and outside, which made it hard to sleep well!!!

Friendly and helpful staff greeted us warmly, upgrading our room unexpectedly. The spacious space featured USB charging points and a large TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. What's more, the location was perfect for city exploration!

I encountered some noise issues from the street which disturbed my peace. The breakfast offerings could have been more varied, lacking the breadth I hoped for in a 4-star establishment.

wow this place was amazin! the staff was super friendly an helpful, especially the receptionist who made my bday special with a cute card and chocolates. room was spotless and comfy, i slept like a baby in that bed! also, loved how everything was close by, made it easy to walk around. the bar was chill, perfect for a nightcap before sleepin.

I had a fantastic stay and loved how close the hotel was to Buchanan Street, where I enjoyed exploring all the shops and cafés, and the nearby Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum was a highlight, making for a perfect afternoon stroll after breakfast with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed while I was there.
