Free on-site parking. Easy self-check-in process. Comfortable bed with good bedding. Enjoyed the additional off-road parking option. Breakfast at the Globe Inn and courtyard at Arch House Rooms was delicious.

our recent stay at this quaint inn in wells-next-the-sea was truly delightful. the courtyard room was spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive and efficient. the breakfast, made with quality local produce, was a highlight. we loved the location, just a short walk to the town and the beach. exceeded our expectations!

Noisy nights due to bees.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the main shopping area and the quay side for enjoyable boat trips. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice ensuite shower and toilet. I also appreciated the well-organised breakfast menu, where I could pre-order and choose the time I wanted to have breakfast.

The room was smaller than expected and had limited storage space for hanging clothes. the bathroom didn't have a bath, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was small and the shower had very poor water pressure. the bathroom was tiny and the kettle was not cordless, making it difficult to use in a small room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was not far from the sea and near the centre of town. It provided easy access to tourist attractions in Wells-next-the-Sea. The room was clean and the bed linen was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was compact but the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast room was clean and airy, and the cooked breakfast was nice with a choice of several cereals and fresh fruit.

The size of the room was smaller than expected, which could be a downside for those looking for more space.

The hotel facilities were great with a lovely courtyard and a dining room with a fridge where you could help yourself to fresh milk, juice, and water. The location was convenient, with the hotel being within easy walking distance to the harbor and other beaches.
