This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall quality of the stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, away from the main tourist area but still easily accessible to all the sights. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were just what I needed, and my room, although compact, had a lovely view of the back yard.

The location of the guest house is very convenient, being very close to a bus stop that would take you to the city center in just 5 minutes. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs in the surrounding area, making it easy to find a place to eat or grab a drink. The guest house is also near another bus stop, making it even easier to explore the city.

The shower water pressure was quite low, which made it difficult to enjoy a refreshing shower experience.

Great value for money, cozy and warm room. The location was convenient with a supermarket nearby and easy access to bus routes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even assisted with luggage.

I recently stayed at Ardenlee for a week with my son and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kay was incredibly helpful in giving us advice on local attractions and made sure we had breakfast ready for our early outings. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lovely finishing touches like make up pads and body cream. The tea tray made us feel at home, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and we even had a visit from a friendly grey cat at the window in the morning. Definitely recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at a charming guest house in a lovely neighborhood. the owner was incredibly accommodating, making sure my husband, who had limited mobility, was comfortable in a room on a lower floor. We had to leave early in the morning and she kindly prepared a continental breakfast for us ahead of time. the room was spacious and the breakfast spread looked fantastic. the USB ports next to the bed were a lifesaver for someone like me who forgot their phone charger adapter. a delightful experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the warm welcome and helpful information provided by Keiko. The guest house allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which was convenient. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice private bathroom. The location near the Royal Botanic Gardens was great, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby Cumberland pub with its large beer garden.

I had a fantastic stay at Ardenlee Guest House. The apartment I stayed in was incredibly spacious and suited my needs perfectly. The bedrooms were ample in size, and the sitting room and kitchen were absolutely huge. I couldn't have asked for more. Additionally, the price was very reasonable, making it a great value for money. The location was also convenient, with a bus stop just across the street and the option of a cheap taxi ride into town. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Ardenlee Guest House and would definitely return.

I recently stayed at a clean and friendly guesthouse for a few days. The host was incredibly kind, and there were two adorable puppies, Lola and Oly, that added to the warm atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the free tea and coffee facilities. The location was convenient, being only a 15-minute walk from the bus station and a short uphill walk to Princess Street. it was a great value for a single room in a quiet area.

Nothing not to love.

We had a romantic getaway and it was amazing! the room was cozy and had everything we needed including complimentary chocolates and wine. the location was perfect, close to great restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff.

The WiFi was a bit slow and there was a bit of noise from outside, but it didn't really disturb us much.
