We had a fantastic stay at Armagh City Hotel! The staff was excellent, always polite and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant served lovely food and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel should definitely be rated as a four-star instead of a three-star. We've stayed in hotels all over the world and this one is easily in our top 5.

The noisy car park outside our room, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

The hotel lacks certain facilities such as a safe in the room, a toaster that toasts both sides without putting it through twice, and a spinner in the pool changing room.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the fact that the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city and see all the sights. the food at the hotel was also delicious, especially the perfectly cooked 10oz steak that we had for dinner.

There were a couple of things that we didn't enjoy at the hotel. I had some sour milk with my breakfast cereal, which left a terrible taste in my mouth and upset my stomach.

This hotel is is great value for money, with affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the rooms with their nice view over the town and balcony. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The location is perfect, close to both the town centre and the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring.

Great complementary shower gel and shampoo, plus plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Beautiful location with stunning grounds that were perfect for a morning stroll. the hotel is also conveniently located near some key local attractions.

Terrible service overall. We had to wait almost an hour to check in, and our meal in the restaurant was a complete disaster.
