The location was convenient for me as I was traveling without a car, and it was close to London. The hotel was situated in a quiet and serene area with cows grazing in the fields, giving it a peaceful atmosphere. The spa facilities, including the pool, steam room, and hot tub, were all very enjoyable to use. I especially appreciated the extra touches like the provided flip flops, robes, ice chips, and fruit-infused water. The Junior Suite I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, meeting my expectations for a suite. The dinner at the restaurant was a visual feast, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff, particularly our waiter/sommelier, was enthusiastic and engaging, providing excellent wine pairings for our meal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spa facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed two lovely spa days during our one-night stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the beautiful British wine routes in West Sussex. The food at the hotel was amazing, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes, including a delicious vegetarian menu. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was beautifully laid out with fluffy towels and lovely products. The tasting menu was a great upgrade and the risotto was the best I've ever had. The staff were kind and available. The clean spa had a warm swimming pool, jacuzzis inside and outside, and they even provided robes and flip-flops. The fact that they accept dogs was a huge plus. The location was good and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The country house lounge had old world comfort.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the prices for our stay were very reasonable, and we even received a complimentary bottle of fizz, making it a great deal. Additionally, the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The basic amenities in our room were of high quality, and we particularly loved the very comfortable 4-poster bed. The views from our room were breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Lastly, having breakfast included was a bonus, and despite some limp pastries, the breakfast itself was delicious, especially the eggs.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in the beautiful countryside. the hotel grounds were well-maintained and provided stunning views. the food and wine were exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which included a pool and jacuzzis. Free parking was also a bonus, and the hotel's location in the center of a quaint town added to the charm.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. the beds could have been more comfortable, and the inability to close the window for security reasons was inconvenient.
