We had a pleasant stay at this lovely B&B. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was superb. The location was convenient, with easy access to the town center. The attention to detail was evident in the small touches like bedside torches and a range of bathroom products. The garden was a great spot to relax in the evening, and the lounge was cozy. We felt safe with the temperature checks and one-way system in place. a recommendable experience.

I had such a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B in Wells-next-the-Sea. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and served with a smile. The bright conservatory was a perfect setting to enjoy my meal. The location was great, just a short walk to the town center. The owners were friendly and welcoming, making sure that I had everything I needed. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a handy emergency provisions box. The attention to detail was impeccable, with love hearts on the pillows and lovely toiletries in the en-suite. I had a wonderful experience at Armeria and would highly recommend it.

Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe and the facilities were top-notch. the room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was clear that high standards of cleanliness were maintained throughout the property. the room was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the breakfast provided was absolutely wonderful. We felt well taken care of during our stay. the location of the place was also ideal, situated in a peaceful area and just a short 15-minute walk from the town center. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

As old people, we loved the peaceful and quiet location of this B&B. The room was spacious and had thoughtful extras. The breakfast, especially the gluten-free options, was exceptional. The garden was a lovely place to unwind in the afternoon.

I recently stayed at a lovely B&B in Wells-next-the-Sea for a few nights and couldn't recommend it more. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with an enormous bed, great hard mattress, extra fat pillows, and even a bonus touch of lavender pillow spray. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a fantastic choice of coffees, teas, and chocolate complete with marshmallows. I was also impressed with the selection of toiletries and extras provided, including a sewing kit and sanitary wear for emergencies. The friendly and helpful host, Julia, made sure I felt well cared for and even catered to my dietary needs with lactose-free and vegetarian options.

The well-stocked hospitality tray and the availability of fresh milk from the fridge on the landing were thoughtful touches. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to fellow travelers.

The location of the B&B is great, being just a short walk into town. We enjoyed breakfast in the lovely conservatory with a view over a lovely tidy interesting garden. The hosts were accommodating and the room was small but extremely comfortable, with a settee to relax on. There were lots of little extras provided, including a box of "useful things you might have forgotten to take on holiday!

The wheelchair-accessible room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like cotton wool in the bathroom and fresh milk in the fridge. The spacious shower and choice of toiletries were a bonus. The breakfast room had a lovely view of the garden and the breakfast itself was excellent with lots of options to choose from. Richard and Jackie, the hosts, made us feel right at home.
