the art house exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in londonderry. the decor was fabulous and the attention to detail was exceptional. the cozy bed and the availability of all tv channels, including netflix, made my stay even more enjoyable. the location was quiet yet close to the city centre. definitely recommend.

The bathroom is luxurious, and the hosts are welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of the property and the town. the communal living room and kitchen offer the convenience of cooking for yourself or enjoying a basic breakfast provided.

One small downside is that the property is situated on a steep hill.
