We had an incredible stay at Art'Otel with stunning views and a heated rooftop pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was lovely. The cocktails at Joia were absolutely delicious. The location in the Battersea area was excellent, with easy parking nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend Art'Otel.

One particular incident stood out to us. We had a small issue with our room's shower door not closing properly, resulting in water flowing outside the shower area. We reported it to the staff, and they promptly sent a maintenance team to fix it. They were quick and efficient, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable shower experience. This level of attentiveness and responsiveness really impressed us. I highly recommend Art'Otel for their excellent customer service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

the rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and spa were delightful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the shower was also fantastic. the hotel's decor was tastefully done, and the rooms had beautiful views. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. the rooftop terrace and swimming pool offered breathtaking views. the breakfast was delicious, and the detox juice was the best in town.

I loved the touch control mood lighting, which added a special touch to the room. the mini bar had a great selection of items, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of the London skyline were exceptional, especially at night. the rooftop swimming pool was a hidden gem with breathtaking views. the spa and leisure facilities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its five-star service and can't wait for my next stay.

Great location! It was easy to get around and find our way to attractions nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience much better. Plus, the rooftop bar had some amazing views! We spent most of our evenings there soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the drinks menu.

the room was not adequately equipped - we had to ask for slippers and toothpaste. the mini bar also made a clicking noise in the early hours, which made it hard to sleep.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We enjoyed dining at a restaurant called no 29, and also had a light bite to eat at the downstairs restaurant. It is also conveniently close to the tube station for easy transportation. The room was spacious and stylish, with great amenities such as a coffee machine, robe, and powerful hairdryer. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
