We had an incredible stay at Art'Otel with stunning views and a heated rooftop pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was lovely. The cocktails at Joia were absolutely delicious. The location in the Battersea area was excellent, with easy parking nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend Art'Otel.

We reported it to the staff, and they promptly sent a maintenance team to fix it. They were quick and efficient, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable shower experience. This level of attentiveness and responsiveness really impressed us. I highly recommend Art'Otel for their excellent customer service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Great location! It was easy to get around and find our way to attractions nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times, which made the experience much better. Plus, the rooftop bar had some amazing views! We spent most of our evenings there soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the drinks menu.

the room was not adequately equipped - we had to ask for slippers and toothpaste. the mini bar also made a clicking noise in the early hours, which made it hard to sleep.

It is also conveniently close to the tube station for easy transportation. The room was spacious and stylish, with great amenities such as a coffee machine, robe, and powerful hairdryer.
